Scopul asociaţiei este sprijinirea activităţii Colegiului Tehnic de Constructii si Arhitectura “Christian Kertsch” Brasov, păstrarea şi promovarea tradiţiei şi specificului său, dezvoltarea şi consolidarea sa ca unitate a învăţământului judeţean, naţional şi european. Asociaţia îşi propune să susţină şi să stimuleze performanţa şcolară, să promoveze educaţia, calitatea în educaţie şi „noile educaţii” prin organizarea unor activităţi şi manifestări şcolare, promovarea acţiunilor cultural-civice şi sociale, susţinerea şi promovarea intereselor socio-profesionale ale elevilor si profesorilor Colegiului Tehnic de Constructii si Arhitectura „Christian Kertsch” Brasov. Asociaţia îşi propune realizarea următoarelor obiective şi activităţi: a) Organizarea sau finanţarea unor excursii şi tabere la care să participle, în principal, elevii Colegiului Tehnic de Constructii si Arhitectura „Christian Kertsch” Brasov, organizate la nivel local, judeţean, naţional sau internaţional; b) Organizarea unor concursuri şcolare la nivel judeţean, naţional sau internaţional; c) Sprijinirea elevilor Colegiului Tehnic de Constructii si Arhitectura „Christian Kertsch” Brasov, în vederea pregătirii şi participării lor la diverse concursuri şi manifestări şcolare; d) Constituirea unei baze materiale moderne pentru buna pregătire şcolară, profesională sau sportivă a elevilor Colegiului Tehnic de Constructii si Arhitectura „Christian Kertsch” Brasov; e) Educarea tinerilor în spiritul „noilor educaţii” cu accent pe promovarea educaţiei pentru mediul înconjurător, dezvoltarea durabilă şi pentru democraţia participativă; f) Acordarea de burse şi premii anuale; g) Organizarea unor cursuri, simpozioane, seminarii, conferinţe, dezbateri publice; h) Organizarea de întâlniri ale elevilor actuali cu foşti absolvenţi ai colegiului, foşti profesori, personalităţi; i) Colaborarea cu asociaţii neguvernamentale sau fundaţii din ţară sau străinătate; j) Colaborarea cu instituţiile şi autorităţile publice, în special cu cele de la nivelul municipiului şi judeţului Brasov, dar şi la nivel regional, naţional, european, internaţional; k) Realizarea unor programe pentru elevi si profesori ai Colegiului Tehnic de Constructii si Arhitectura „Christian Kertsch” Brasov, prin accesarea fondurilor europene; l) Editarea de cărţi, pliante, afişe, reviste, broşuri sau alte materiale informative; m) Dezvoltarea unor activităţi economice proprii în vederea autofinanţării; n) Promovarea imaginii Colegiului Tehnic de Constructii si Arhitectura „Christian Kertsch” Brasov si sprijinirea tuturor manifestarilor dedicate lui Christian Kertsch; o) Sprijinirea şi apărarea membrilor şi voluntarilor asociaţiei aflati in dificultate; p) Autorizarea cursurilor, traditionale sau online pentru formarea profesionala a tinerilor, adultilor; q) Alte activităţi prevăzute de lege în concordanţă cu scopul asociaţiei. Asociatia este compusa din: a) Membri activi; b) Membri de onoare (fara drept de vot); c) Colaboratori voluntari; d) Personal angajat, potrivit Legislatiei muncii; e) Poate deveni membru al Asociatiei „Christian Kertsch” orice persoana care depune o adeziune scrisa în acest sens. f) Calitatea de membru se dobândeste prin aprobarea adeziunii de catre Consiliul Director. g) Calitatea de membru se pierde prin deces, renunţare sau excludere; h) Excluderea unui membru se face pentru încălcarea statutului asociaţiei, a hotărârilor Adunării generale, a deciziilor Preşedintelui sau Consiliului director; i) Excluderea unui membru se decide de către Consiliul director cu excepţia membrilor Consiliului director a căror excludere se hotărăşte de către Adunarea generală;
The purpose of the association is to support the activity of the Technical College of Constructions and Architecture "Christian Kertsch" from Brasov. It also aims at keeping and promoting its tradition and specific features, at developing and consolidating it as an institution of education at district, national and European level. The association intends to support and stimulate the school performance, to promote education, the quality of education and "the new ways of teaching" by organizing certain school activities and manifestations. Also, it intends to promote civic, cultural and social activities to support the socio-professional interests of the students and teachers of the high school. The association wishes to achieve the following objectives and activities: a) organizing and financing local, district, national or international trips and camps mainly for the students of the Technical College of Constructions and Architecture "Christian Kertsch" from Brasov. b) organizing school competitions at district, national or international level. c) supporting the students of this high school in order to help them prepare and participate at different competitions and school manifestations. d) creating a modern material basis for the school, professional and sports training of the students of the high school. e) teaching the young in the spirit of "the new ways of teaching" with a focus on promoting education for the environment, lasting development and active democracy. f) offering grants and annual prizes. g) organizing courses, symposiums, work-shops, conferences, public debates h) organizing meetings between current students and former graduates and former teachers of this high school, personalities. i) collaborating with non-governmental associations or foundations from our country or abroad j) collaborating with public institutions and authorities at city, district, national, European and international level. k) running projects for the students and the teachers of the Technical College of Constructions and Architecture "Christian Kertsch" from Brasov by accessing European funds. l) editing books, leaflets, posters, magazines, brochures and other informative materials. m) developing some specific economic activities in order to self -finance. n) promoting the image of the Technical College of Constructions and Architecture "Christian Kertsch" from Brasov and supporting all manifestations dedicated to Christian Kertsch. o) supporting and defending the members and volunteers of the association found in difficulty p) authorising classic or online courses for the professional training of the young and the adult. q) other activities provided by the law in accordance with the purpose of the association. The association is composed of: a) active members b) members of honour (without the right to vote) c) voluntaries d) hired personnel in accordance with the Law of Labour e) to become a member of the "Christian Kertsch" Association a person needs to apply f) the quality of member is obtained if the leading Council approves the adhesion g) the quality of member is lost in case of death, renouncement, exclusion h) the exclusion of a member is made for violating the status of the association, the decisions of the general Assembly and the decisions of the President or the Leading Council i) the exclusion of a member is decided by the leading Council with the exception of the Council in whoses case the exclusion is decided by the general Assembly.
